Free Local Delivery on all order overs $30

We also offer free local delivery within 15 kms radius of Spring Farm (2570) and is available on orders over $30. If you are eligible for free local delivery a Local Delivery option will appear at the checkout. Once your order is received we will wrap your purchase and deliver it to your delivery address. 

We will always try to reach out to you before delivery, aiming to find a time that's convenient for you. However, please note that there may be times when we need to leave your parcel if you're not home. If you have a preferred safe spot for delivery, please leave a note at checkout.

Auntie Hong Foods is not liable for any missing or damaged items once they have been delivered to your provided address. We will make every effort to leave your parcel in a safe, sheltered area. However, once delivery is made, Auntie Hong Foods cannot take responsibility for your order.

If you're concerned about the security of your parcel being left unattended, we recommend opting for shipping via Australia Post, which includes a tracking number for your convenience.
